GLOBAL Gas Springs guarantees high quality products and service. Together with our supplier we keep all stages of our processes from incoming material, till the shipment under a strict control according to our total quality management system.
Moreover we work very hard to improve and develop our product and service quality and we would like our customers to take part in this chain.
We re-designed our final quality control form to share all results with our customers and get their control results and comments on our product and service quality.
Two copies of final quality control forms are sent to our customers for each reference in the shipment filled in with the results found by our quality control team and we kindly ask our customers to control each reference in the shipment once more by them, fill in the form with the results they find and send back to us by post.
